1. Their two best writers - Dom Knight and Colin Firth - left the show
  2. On that note, Firth had the best chance to do a spin-off of CNNNN that would be like an Australian Colbert Report. Too bad Shaun Micallef beat him to it.
  3. And on that note, I guess they noticed that their audience moved onto the Colbert Report, Tina Fey and The Onion during their 18-month hiatus. Too bad this didn’t result in more pithy, direct comedy, instead creating more shit jokes and slapstick humour
  4. Like /b/, it was never good and born with cancer
  5. Like /b/, you could once watch every new piece and expect original content every time. Not anymore.
  6. The whole “LETS HUMILIATE THE DOORMAN OF A MAJOR CORPORATION” thing got old fast.
  7. All their major targets of past are either gone (Dubya, Howard), moved onto specialty programs (Ads) or nobody cares (Current affairs, NRL)
  8. Jokes on the Klan: It’s not that it isn’t funny to make them, you’re just doing it wrong.
  9. Aside from the comedic factors, what is the fucking point? You guys once had purpose and a message to deliver. You know, like most sociopolitical satire.
  10. Passive aggression on the internet solves nothing. Unsubscribing to the podcast, however, actually does say something about this displeasure. So I did.
