The National Library has it. You should be able to get them to copy certain chapters for you, but it’ll cost you. Alternatively, you could come down to Canberra to read it!

Edit: Actually, the NSW State Library has it, too.

How ironic that a book outlining the rise of digital music models utlises a conservative literary model for its own distribution.

But I should stop whining and just get to the city early tomorrow.
