Zap Brannigan (“Futurama”) at Anime Iowa 2011.

By far the funniest one there. He was in-character the entire time and he was just amazing. At the end of the con, I gave him a dollar and asked him if I could get a show, and he ended up pulling his skirt thing up to show me his red shorts! What a character.

this guy got really drunk and sat outside of the hotel crying 

and his gloves got dirty so he was just rubbing dirt all over his face and sobbing

here’s what happened

someone drew a ballsack on his face while he was drunk, and he was outside crying, drunk, rubbing sharpie balls onto his velour gloves while drying his tears

and this is something zapp brannigan might actually do which is hilarious, I can hear him crying “OH GODDDD WHYYYY NOOOOO” rubbing the balls off his face
